The software
Party Poker has developed its own bespoke software in house, which means it’s not just another skin applied to a network of online poker rooms – so it has been developed with the poker player in mind from the ground up, to include all sorts of great features to make playing easy.
With Party Poker we managed to multi-table up to 12 tables at a time without issue, slow downs or crashes – and tables can be readily resized. The table sounds are pretty good, however if you’re multi-tabling then I’m sure you will want table sounds disabled anyway. The tables look pretty nice but are nothing overly special graphically, and the avatars are nothing to write home about, but it works. Playing is simple, the software is fast and Party Poker’s note taking feature comes in handy too. The other plus of Party Poker is that it’s easily integrated with Poker Tracker, for analysing your hands and any leaks in your game.
